I hope and trust that you and your loved ones are doing well. A successful estate plan needs as many people as possible to get on the same page, and that includes the trustees and beneficiaries. That is why the Continual Purposeful Planning Program helps trustees and beneficiaries learn about their responsibilities, to help everyone during a difficult and emotional time. Below is information that you need to attend trustee and beneficiary webinars during 2022 to help get the most out of the Continual Purposeful Planning Program.
Trustees
?This is Year/Part 1 of our three-part series. We covered the previous run-through in 2019-2021, and are available here, so do not worry if you have missed anything. We are starting over this year. All of this year's webinars cover the same material. In other words, 2022 is the same webinar 24 different times, so you only have to attend once.

It is a little less than an hour long, so schedule accordingly.
Here is the upcoming schedule for this month for when these webinars will be available. (There is a variety of dates and times during the year to try to match with your calendar once).
March 10 at 10:00 am MT; March 29 at 5:00 pm MT
Although there will not be opportunities to ask questions, you are welcome to contact me so that you become comfortable with the material.
This year, the topic will be what to do upon becoming trustee. This topic will offer, among other things, checklists that will offer trustees a clear and concise way to handle their new duties. The Successor Trustee Manual will NOT be attached to the webinar recording (technology novice that I am), but just e-mail me and I can send it to you. My e-mail is brandon@rains-law.com.
You can also access the Manual at this link on the website: Client Portal - The Rains Law Firm (rains-law.com)
Beneficiaries
There is a two-part webinar series in development to help you understand the trustee's duties and responsibilities to you, your responsibilities and rights, and how to have a positive relationship with your trustee once that relationship begins. It is a two-year program, and this year is Year/Part 1. You are very much invited to attend, and I look forward to seeing you there. The dates and times are below to access the videos. If I can help in any way, please e-mail me also. My e-mail is brandon@rains-law.com.
