Guided Estate Planning Team

Tiffany Comandari
Lead Paralegal
Tiffany C. leads our Guided Estate Planning program, partnering closely with clients to ensure each step of the estate planning process is clear and manageable. She coordinates details, maintains open communication, and guides families through the process so it’s smooth, supportive, and aligned with their goals.
In 2008, her mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s, leading Tiffany to step into a caregiving role and navigate the probate system firsthand. She represented herself in court during her mother’s guardianship proceedings and managed her estate and health care throughout her life, gaining a deep appreciation for Colorado’s legal framework and the impact it has on families.
Motivated by this experience, Tiffany completed the Paralegal Certificate program through Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2019 and joined a local real estate title company, where she worked in the refinance department. There, she gained hands-on experience recording county documents, transferring deeds, and applying notary law.
Tiffany is a fifth-generation Coloradoan. She is passionate about Alzheimer’s education, her family, and trivia, and is grateful to be part of The Rains Law Firm—where she can combine professional expertise with personal insight to help guide families through meaningful and often complex transitions.
